Yorks Group Travel are members of ABTA and IATA, and for complete financial security are bonded through BCH.The Bonded Coach Holiday Scheme is approved by the Department of Trade and Industry as satisfying the requirements of the Package Travel Regulations. Customers who book a holiday covered by the scheme have protection for the money they paid for their holiday if it has not yet accurred and for completion of their holiday or repatriation if it has already started.

We are also an associate member of the Group Travel Organisers Association, which we find invaluable for feedback and ideas to help group organisers.

For many years we have arranged holidays and short breaks for Probus, National Trust, U3A, Hardy Plants, NADFAS and Blue Chip companies, as well as social clubs, church and retirement groups, both as Yorks Group Travel, House & Garden Tours and Racing Away.

As a company we have over 75 years experience in the travel industry, and have our own fleet of modern executive coaches with experienced drivers. We also hold an ATOL Licence (Air Travel Organisers Licence) which enables us to arrange holidays and tours worldwide.

Although part of a large company, the groups department offer a personal service, Maureen and Penny are on hand to discuss any ideas, offer advice and help with itineraries that your group may be considering for the future, whether it is an extended tour to the Loire Valley taking in Chateaux and gardens, or a weekend to Disneyland Paris.
